every day is a new day...so if you think that way, forget the bad happen yesterday, and live today for tomorrow.we can remember the thing happen yesterday, but you should make today is better than yesterday, and tomorrow is better than today. there are a simple ways that i always used to make make sure tomorrow is a new day. what is that? just simple, before you get to sleep, revise about everything you have done today, and forgive everyone, no matter the person had done any mistake or not. if you do this, then tomorrow is a new day for you...it work for me, and it may work for you too. it may be make no sense, but we can try and make some change...
